Image size and other requirements
You may upload up to
30 images per Photographer per Contest
All images uploaded for the Contest must be
780 pixels on the long side in JPEG format with extension
.jpg and no larger than
200 KB
Images must have no borders, edges, strokes, studio logos, names etc.
No specific file name required for images
All images must be taken by the participant at actual wedding or engagement session. No images allowed from workshops, all types of commercial shots, etc.
Each photo may be submitted only to one Category of the Contest and may not be used at any other upcoming PWPC Contests
No collages allowed
Judges

Both of my parents were born in Greece but I was born and raised in
beautiful Montreal, the perfect backdrop for an emerging photographer.
I fell in love with photography a few years ago and it has been a passion for
me ever since. In addition to being a creative outlet for my artistic side,
photography has brought many opportunities to meet all kinds of people that
I've thoroughly enjoyed working with.
I'm a driven, motivated individual
and a detail-oriented perfectionist. I wake up everyday excited to be doing
what I love and ready for a new challenge.

Vivian Yue & Ken Ko Yueko Image
(Calgary, AB)
Calgary based award-winning photographers who
received their education in Calgary. They are a super fun wife-and-husband
team who loves to travel and be adventurous. Their work have been
featured in numerous galleries and published in many magazines, and blogs.
They are also members of the Best of Wedding Photography
Association. Vivian loves weddings because she is helplessly romantic, but
Ken is helplessly technical. When Venus meets Mars, they create artwork
that is unique, glamorous and with edgy touches. Their logo is a Chinese
word "Yi", which means 'memory'. The word is made of two parts: the left
symbolizes 'heart' and right symbolizes 'meaningfulness'. They chose the
word because they believe in creating something emotional and stylish for
each wedding. Each of their multicultural weddings was documented with
combination of photojournalism, Asian and Western wedding photography
philosophies. |
