Image size and other requirements
You may upload up to
30 images per Photographer per Contest
All images uploaded for the Contest must be
920 pixels on the long side in JPEG format with extension
.jpg and no larger than
300 KB
Images must have no borders, edges, strokes, studio logos, names etc.
No specific file name required for images
All images must be taken by the participant at actual wedding or engagement session. No images allowed from workshops, all types of commercial shots, etc.
Each photo may be submitted only to one Category of the Contest and may not be used at any other upcoming PWPC Contests
No collages allowed
Judges may disqualify a photo if it does not comply with the rules of the Contest

Elfreda Dalby is a national award-winning wedding photographer based out of Guelph, Ontario.
Born and raised in beautiful South Africa she moved to Canada after marrying her Canadian husband, Edward. Together they started Elfreda Dalby Photography and have been documenting weddings full time for over six years. As a husband and wife team they shoot all their weddings together. They are a super fun and adventurous couple, and their greatest passion is travelling (always with cameras).
Her awards include making the Top 10 Wedding Photographers in Canada list for 2016 with the Professional Wedding Photographers of Canada (PWPC).
Wedding photography has been so much more than a job for Elfreda. She feels that photography gave her the opportunity to meet a lot of incredible and different kinds of people, and that in turn played a big role in helping her feel more at home in Canada and more Canadian. |

My name is Lana Nimmons and I'm a wedding and portrait photographer.
My goal is to produce wonderful photos that capture my clients' essence using a photo-journalistic approach and an artistic aesthetic.
I believe that photography should tell a story with authenticity and artfulness.
This approach come from my humble beginnings as a photojournalist ten years ago.
One day seven years ago, I was asked to photograph my first wedding. I'm a hopeless romantic and am in love with photography- since that glorious day I have not looked back.
