PWPC Winter 2015 Wedding Photography Contest Judge: Cassie Molyneux
Cassie Molyneux   Cassie's Camera    (Calgary, AB)

"When I first decided to start a photography blog and gave it the widely clever name Cassie's Camera, I honestly thought it would only be my mom that would visit to see the latest photos of my dog and proudly leave me encouraging comments. I never suspected it would so quickly evolve into a successful full time career and one of the most amazing adventures of my life. Photographing love makes my heart happy and to play such a big role in one of the most important days of my couples lives is so ridiculously special. I've found what makes me feel important and although I've never worked so hard in my life I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I now get a lot more visitors to my blog but I know my mom will always be my biggest fan."

PWPC Winter 2015 Wedding Photography Contest Judge: Jozef Povazan
Jozef Povazan   Povazan Photography    (North Vancouver, BC)

I started my photography adventure a long time ago, with the criminal police department in Europe for undercover operations. One day I simply quit the job and moved to the UK to study the art of black and white photography. When I 'learned enough' to know how not to ruin the film emulsion by switching the lights off in the darkroom I thought I had it all figured out and moved to Vancouver, BC to follow my dreams. While there I was lucky enough to meet the love of my life, who then traveled the world with me (and our cameras). Wedding photography came to our lives in 2009. After seeing so many beautiful places and meetings so many amazing people weddings were simply the perfect fit for us. The thrill of photography adventures in our lives remains, even though criminals, Mt. Everest hikes and sleepless nights in humid Malaysian jungles have been exchanged for brides and grooms celebrating love. My biggest award so far - apart from photography - is my wife, Maria, and our children, Sofia & Joshua.

PWPC Winter 2015 Wedding Photography Contest Judge: Trevor Booth
Trevor Booth   Trevor Booth Photography    (Tecumseh, ON)

Trevor is one of the best-established photographers in Southwestern Ontario. Award winning photographer from Windsor ON, he captures the essence and uniqueness of his clients' most memorable day. His 20+ years experience of allows his creativity to not interfere with any technical aspects while photographing. First and foremost I want my clients to have fun, they more they are the better he photos. I stay away from traditional posing but will always have a few formal portraits for Mom & Dad. If you are looking for a traditional photographer there are plenty out there with a lot less experience. What I do takes a lot more talent, a little more skill, a little more eye to get the shot without disrupting the spontaneity and candidness of my clients. Whether in your favorite local church or on your dream beach in Mexico.
